McMillan Nurses 2011 "World's biggest coffee morning." Fri 30th Sep Drumoak Hall

Who and what is Macmillan Cancer Support? It’s estimated that one in three people will get cancer and will live longer with cancer in their daily lives. McMillan is a source of support, helping with all the things that people affected by cancer want and need. It's not only patients who live with cancer, so they also help carers, families and communities. They guide people through the system; they fund nurses and other specialist health care professionals; they can give carers time off; they can give lifts to hospital; they can give emotional support; they can give advice on benefits and grants …… and they can and do do a lot more. Find out more about them on the internet.

Last year Coffee Morning hosts raised more than £8mm for the funds for McMillan Nurses. So, come along to Drumoak Church Hall at 1030am on Friday 30th September and mark the centenary year with an even bigger coffee morning. There'll be coffee, sales table, good conversation. contact Jill Gow on 01330 811495.
